The LRSC Royals Clay Target team finished up their season this past week with a 6th place finish out of 14 teams.

Head Coach Tom Stoe said this, "What a great season for us as a team. I am really happy with how well we progressed individually and as a whole. We had a wide variety of people on the team this year from seasoned competitors to people who had never done clay target before. It was fun to watch them grow, improve and have fun. That's the most important part is to give everyone an opportunity to compete and that's one of the great things about Clay Target is that it gives everyone a chance!"
He continued, "We could not have asked for better weather at the post season tournament in Alexandria. They have a great facility there. Jacob had a great day of competition finishing in 3rd place. We also had a few other shooters step up in Chris & Seth. We finished 6th overall as a team, which is respectable! We have only room to continue to grow as a sport and look forward to next year."
