Bio

Winder Joseph, is a Haitian American from West Palm Beach Florida. Winder states “I truly believe that anything you want can be achieved with hard work, discipline and dedication.” With that he graduated high school at Lake Worth Christian School with multiple team selections and finished with a first team selection his senior year.

Winder went on to play basketball in college where he was a part of the JUCO family continuing his career at West Hills College in Coalinga in the CCCAA where he averaged 11ppg, 5rpg, and 2apg to help lead his team to two conference champions and first playoff berth in some years his sophomore season. After his time at West Hills, Winder transferred to North Dakota and finished his collegiate career at Mayville Sate. While there he helped lead the Comets to multiple North Star Conference Championships. During his final year, he helped lead the Comets back to the national tournament.

After his collegiate career, Winder continued his basketball career at the professional level. First began here in the states in The Basketball League that was recently founded. After that he traveled across the map to continue his career in Spain.

Winder had this to say, “God has blessed me with my career and this journey that God has led me through has given me great memories and vast knowledge of the game to pass onto the next generation.” He finished with this, “I am excited to get started here at Lake Region where I can learn under 10th year Head Coach Jared Marshall, and assistant Channing Reed. Can’t wait to see where this year takes us, and help these kids continue to grow both on and off the court to move onto the next level, Go Royals!”
