The Lake Region State College softball program is excited to have Tristin McTavish on the team for the 2025-26 season.

The Lake Region State College softball program is excited to have Tristin McTavish on the team for the 2025-26 season. Tristin is a right-handed pitcher from Hamiota Manitoba. She has been playing softball since the age of 7 and played for Hamiota High School and for Hamiota Red Sox for 10 years. She also played with AA Westman Fury for one year and played for AA Westman Heat. On her high school team she was voted as the team's rookie of the year in grade 10 and the MVP in grade 11. She plans to focus on Science courses at Lake Region then go to university for physiotherapy or go into education. Tristin also plays high school golf, volleyball, basketball, badminton, and hockey.
