Lake Region State College Volleyball is excited to announce their next signing for the 2023-24 Season, Halle Jabs, an outside hitter/libero from Munich High School. Jabs is an extremely versatile player that comes from a very strong Langdon-Edmore-Munich volleyball program. During her junior season, she played libero for the Cardinals and helped them to make the State Volleyball tournament, where her team took home the Consolation Championship.
Throughout her career, she has posted some very impressive stats: 670 digs, 169 service aces with a serving percentage of 94%, which places her 5th all-time for L-E-M volleyball for players who had over 500 serve attempts. She also has a career passing average of 2.2 on a 3.0 scale.
For the 2022 season, Halle was named to the All-Region 4 team, and was also the Region 4 Senior Athlete of the Year for volleyball.
"Halle is a great sign for Royals Volleyball! She is an extremely strong passer and serve receiver, and her serving sets her apart. She is able to score points off the serve and take her opponents out of system with her incredibly tough serve. This past season, she was moved to hit on the outside where she was very successful. I am extremely excited to work with Halle in our program; I know that she has a strong work ethic, and she will add a lot of depth to both our outside hitter and defensive positions. She knows how to win volleyball matches, and she is a great teammate. It has been a pleasure working with Halle throughout the recruiting process, and we are so lucky that she has chosen to be a Royal!" -Coach Waddell
