The Lake Region State College Men's basketball program announces 5 signings for the 2022 Class
The Lake Region State College men's basketball program led by Head Coach Jared Marshall is excited to annouce five signees for the 2022 Class.

Sam Faraday 6'8 G/F
Newcastle, AUS | Newcastle Hunters
Sam comes to the Royals after spending 1 season at the State College of Florida. Coach Marshall on Sam, "Sam is a player we have pursued heavily over the last 2 seasons. We lost out on him last season but I am happy to bring him into the fold this year. He is a multi-talented player that is able to play inside and out. Sam can stretch the floor with his shooting or use his size to get to the hoop. He is a versatile player who we are excited to add to our program."
Blessed Barhayiga 6'9 F/C
Minneapolis, MN | Osseo HS
Blesse helped Osseo to a 22-7 record this past season where they lost in the Section Championship to eventual state champions Park Center. Blessed averaged 9ppg and 9rpg. Coach Marshall on Blessed, "We are looking for Bless to be a presence in the post for us. He is going to add size in versatility in the middle. Bless has a way of impacting the game in more ways than just scoring. He is a humble hard working kid and I am excited for him to join us."
Deryk Thomas 6'3 G
Rolla, ND | Rolla HS
Deryk helped lead Rolla to a 15-7 record this past season. He was named to the All-District team and averaged 14.1ppg 3.7rpg & 1.7apg. Coach marshall on Deryk, "Deryk is a hardworking determined player. He was able to lead Rolla to one of their best finishes in recent history. Deryk is a solid ball handler and can stretch the floor. He is going to bring a blue collar mentality to the program."
Noah Bonick 6'2 G
Waconia, MN | Waconia HS
An All-Conference player his junior and senior season, Noah averaged 15.3ppg & 6.4rpg. Coach Marshall on Noah, "A dynamic scorer who can beat you in a variety of ways, Noah is a great fit for our program. He was able to fill a bunch of a different roles for his high school team and I expect him to do the same for us next season."
Harrison Raynor 6'2 G
Melbourne, AUS | Melbourne Tigers
Coach Marshall on Harrison, "Harrison is a crafty lead guard who plays in a system similar to ours. He does a great job finding his teammates and creating opportunities for his team on offense. He is also a frustration for the opposition on defense as he is very active and persistent. I look forward to seeing the impact Harrison has on our team on both ends of the floor."
