Zac Olson, a 6'5 Small Forward from Waterville, MN has committed to UM-Crookston in Crookston, MN. Zac came to LRSC from the University of Mary, he spent one season as a Royal and averaged 12.2ppg 4.4rpg 1.3apg while shooting 40.7% from the field and 35.1% from three. Zac graduated from Lake Region State College with his AA degree. UM-Crookston is a Division 2 institution that competes in the Northern Sun Conference.
Lamarr Wood, a 6'8 Forward from Minneapolis, MN has committed to Post University in Waterbury, CT. Lamarr spent two seasons as a Royal where he was named All-Conference and All-Region XIII player. Last season he averaged 16.3ppg 7.2rpg while shooting 62.9% from the field. When Lamarr attends Post, he will have his AA degree. Post is a Division 2 institution that competes in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference.
Head Coach Jared Marshall had this to say, "I am extremely proud of both of these young men. They represented us well on and off the floor. Both are tough, coachable young men who will bring a wealth of talent to their respective teams. I wish both of them nothing but success."
