Kyler Halverson Signs with Dakota Wesleyan
Kyler Halverson, a 5'10 sophomore outfielder for the Royals, has signed with Dakota Wesleyan University.
Kyler Halverson, a 5'10 sophomore outfielder for the Royals, has signed with Dakota Wesleyan University.
He is from Casper, WY and during his freshman year at LRSC he had a .303 average with 3 homeruns, 18 RBI's, 21 runs and 7 stolen bases.
Head Coach Kyal Williams said, "Kyler will be a great asset to Dakota Wesleyan. I know Kyler will have three great years for them on and off the field. Kyler was a great leader on and off the field making himself and his teammates better. He had a great freshman year and I was looking forward to the impact he was going to have on our team as a sophomore before the shutdown. Congratulations to Kyler, he will always be a part of our Royals Family."
Dakota Wesleyan University is an NAIA institution that competes in the GPAC. Before the shutdown they were 5-11 and coming off a 23-23 season in 2019.
