Steph Miller Moves on to Mayville State
Head Coach Danny Mertens is excited to announce that Steph Miller has signed to move on as a student athlete to Mayville State University.
Head Coach Danny Mertens is excited to announce that Steph Miller has signed to move on as a student athlete to Mayville State University.
Steph, a 5'7 guard from Cando, ND was a two year starter for the Royals.
Steph said that, "I have loved my time at LRSC as a student athlete. Now, I am looking forward to what's next at Mayville State. They have a winning tradition and were a national tournament team this past season. I am excited to be a part of that. I want to say thank you to all my coaches and friends for making my two years at LRSC unforgettable."
For her career she averaged 10.6ppg 3.7rpg and 2.4apg. Steph was 2x All MonDak Conference and 2x All Region XIII. She was also named to the NJCAA All-Star game between her freshman and sophomore season.

It's a rare thing for a coach to trust someone as much as I trusted Steph but she earned that trust day in and day out. I have no doubt that she will succeed at Mayville State. She is a a competitor, who always strives to be her best in everything that she does."
Mayville State University is an NAIA institution in Mayville, ND. Last season they were 25-6, ranked #21 in the nation and qualified for the NAIA National Tournament. The compete in the North Star Athletic Conference.
