Head Coach Danny Mertens said, "We got a lot better defensively tonight. All 13 players really stepped up and made the effort. I was happy we did not let some of our first half struggles on offensive effect the defensive end. We just kept getting stops until our offense found the groove."
The Lady Royals are now 6-4 on the year. They will be back in action Friday 2pm vs. Concordia JV and Saturday 12pm vs. Leech Lake in Wahpeton, ND.
