Bio
Norman Howard enters his 4th season as a coach with the Lake Region State College Club Clay Target Team. He is no stranger to the Clay Target shooting world as he was the North Dakota State Champion back in 2012. He is also the Head Coach of the Devils Lake HS Clay Target Shooting team that has won two North Dakota State Championships. Norman also coaches the 4H Clay Target Shooting Team. Norman is from Devils Lake, ND.
