Head Coach Kyal Williams had this to say, "The last four games had a little bit of a different feel then the first four. We lacked a little energy at the start of every game and had to find a way to fight back. To our credit we were able to many of the games, bring up a big walk off win against Anoka. But could manage to get over the line in three of the games. Needed one big hit in a couple of situations and we might be talking a different story. For our first week of baseball, the effort shown by the player group and the dedication to our goal, was extremely pleasing. Our pitching and fielding were the highlight of the week, with everyone making some amazing plays and keeping us in every game. Hitting was very good, did great team at bats and brought runs across the plate. A coach couldn't be happier with what they achieved."
