New International Student Athlete Checklist
- Sign Letter of Intent
- Complete International Student Financial Document and submit to Lake Region State
- Fill Out Application of Admission for Lake Region State
- Fill Out Scholarship Application for Lake Region State
- Fill Out Housing Application for Lake Region State
- Fill Out Player Information Form
- Send Final High School Transcripts to Lake Region State
- Send Final College Transcripts to Lake Region State if you are a transfer or dual-credit student
- If Canadian student, complete Canadian Financial Aid if needed
- Send MMR’s Records to Lake Region State
- Send a Copy of Insurance Card (Both Sides)
- Send Athletic Physical (Must be Dated After July 1st)
